Well the boys have picked their pups from our Sandy dogs litter.
One is going back to Indiana to the owner of the sire, and another is going to a friend for squirrel and coon hunting and will also have an Indiana address.
That leaves us in an unusual spot. We have one left and he is the largest, most active, and outgoing one of the bunch. How often does that happen?
The sire is registered Kemmer Stock and the dam is Original Mountain Cur registered. Both are from highly hunted stock and themselves are used heavily for coon and squirrel. The both are super tree dogs. Now that we are in MT for good, we intend to use the female on cats and coons. The boys intend to get at least one of their pups working on coyotes but mostly are into game that trees at this time of their lives.
In the group photo, the boy in the black shirt is holding the available pup. He is 8 weeks old and had one round of shots and been wormed 3 times.
If you are interested, in bloodline details you can send me a pm.
These pups are being registered with United Mountain Cur Assoc.
250 dollars and you must come to Jordan, Winnett, or Lewistown to get him.

Good looking dogs. Sounds like a good bear/lion dog to me. Now that you are in MT, you'll have to give that a try.

Thanks B&T, They really should be good for bear and cats. Now that we are permanent here, the boys intend to use them on cats and coon. This particular bunch is out of two unusually tree savy dogs. But they would also be just fine on coyotes. The bitch is one of those super easy handling ones that will always catch onto whatever you are wanting done. twodot
