My wife and I also saw Stephen Wilson Jr. this year. Never heard of him, and about 2 songs into his set, I was like, who the hell is this guy?, and who is playing the guitar? It was him, obviously. And agreed- he was freaking awesome. Best performer I've seen in 30 years.

Got that right and I can tell you who'd get there ass beat. All the pop country guys with there snap back hat backwards. You know why they wear it backwards? So the bill doesn't other guy's belly also wearing his hat backwards. All the while listening to pop country.

I have twice, in my 20’s. He can play multiple instruments, was fun to get whiskey drunk to. But like the whiskey it leaves you feeling like shit with a bad taste in your mouth.
