Is there anything better on a summer morning than coffee with the dogs on the back porch before everyone else wakes up?

I agree...to a point! I sorely miss having a dog in the house (put both of ours down last year), but I think it depends on the view from the back porch. Right now mine just looks at the neighbor's who's house looks just like mine. Not too exciting. I'd love to live in a house where my view was better, but I'm not thinking that my wife has those same aspirations. She loves suburbia...
