More quackers

Last weekend hunting ducks with Axl for a while. I am ready to chase the four-legged critters.

Saturday morning gave us a great stage for the hunt.

Water get in your eyes?

Bringing in dinner.

Good limit of drakes.

We looked for swans in the afternoon and I let Axl sit in the boat...I slept through most of the hunt. Decoyed a "herd" of three swans, but I missed. Guess my legs were still asleep and I was moving a little slow.

Today was a little slower ended up with another can and three greenheads, but I screwed up and shot a hen pintail. May I burn in hell.:BLEEP:

Great pics Miller. Sure makes me miss my duck hunting days in the Sacramento delta. Nothing like the smell of tuleys and winchester 540 in the morning.
