FWP is reissueing licenses that were returned for refund. Down load the application and send it in and we will issue licenses as available. Go the FWP web site http://fwp.mt.gov/ then “for Hunters” Then under “New: Nonresident Big game and Elk Combination licenses” Then download the app and send it in.
