Montana General Tag

I drew a Montana elk/deer combo General Tag. Can you bowhunt with this tag in Archery season if you buy the $10 archery tag? Looking through the regs, I couldn't decipher one way or the other. I was planning on gun hunting, but my buddy told me I could use it during archery season as well. I can call DPW on Monday to verify, but thought I'd see if anyone here knows that answer. Thanks.

You need a archery stamp to bowhunt, any unit even if you drew an archery only tag.
