Moen Lifetime Warranty

Moen is one of those companies that stands by their lifetime warranty. Had a tub spout with a shower diverter that cracked along the side of the opening after 25 years. Called them, sent a couple of photos, and they're sending me a new spout with the diverter. No receipts needed, just my word that my wife and I are the original owners of our house.

We went with all Moen in our brand new house three years ago and haven’t had one single problem. In my opinion they are way better than Delta.

I wish I had bought a Moen, had the exact same issue, however with a Delta. They could not help me...next time it'll be a Moen!

I've had the same positive experience with Moen. Kohler is the one I won't use anymore.

@Richard22 I totally agree with you. We had a kitchen faucet that became defective and they were amazing to deal with.
