Mn elk tag

I drew an antlerless elk tag in unit 30 in NW Mn. If anyone has any advice I'd be happy to hear it.

I've been applying for years, never drawn. How do they notify if you draw? Nothing on the DNR website. Can't even look up how many points I have. The tribes get most of the tags.
