Got this guy on camera the other day while the temps and humidity had dropped. Could be one to chase this year.

That would definitely give a young guy something to be thankful for... spending time in the woods with dad and getting your first buck. What more could you ask for.

This guy has eluded me for several years but, not this year! I'm going to hunt hard and I have the farmer's permission to hunt the property line where he crosses!

I would like to hold out for him, but I'm not that serious of a hunter, the first 3.5 + year old that walks past me gets shot.

Good for you. I'm not sure I could have passed up the first one. Maybe once or twice, but he kept giving you shot after shot... I don't think I could have done it. Thanks for sharing that cool hunt!!
