After having to have my old lab put down earlier this summer, and thinking it would be a year or so before I got a new pup, I was perusing the classifieds in the AKC website and found a litter. Went and looked and made my pick of the two left and the feller said I have one more if you want to look at it. It was supposed to be picked up already but the guy didn't put a deposit down and didn't come for two weekends in a row to pick it up. I looked at it and said if he doesn't come this weekend I'll take that one instead of the other one I've picked. He called a couple days later and it was mine. Everyone meet Zerelda or Zee for short. I figured if I was getting something else besides a lab I'd get a girl to boot. So far she's super awesome quick learner and very mild. Doesn't chew near like a lab.
