i was reading the article while ago about McFarland white ranch and access in the crazies. the gentlemen made the comment he was going to build the roads in 2019, crossing at the corners of his land and federal land.
WONDER HOW THIS IS WORKING OUT OR GOING TO WORK OUT? He was asking for an agreement so he can have vehicle access and provide foot access across his ranch.
