Leupold BX-4 Rangefinding Binoculars

Lugging base camp into the backcountry...

Sounds to me like you are simply deciding on how to pay and how much.

Option #1You are currently paying in sweat if you are hiking in for hours.

Option #2 is pay in discomfort, which builds character but you claim to abhor.

Option #3 is to pay in dollars which you find distasteful.

With each additional birthday the first two options will only get worse, which I would assume you have already taken note of.

I rent to almost zero 20 yr olds. I rent to very few 30's. I rent to a fair # of 40's. I rent to quite a few 50's. I rent to a ton of 60's and 70's.

Short of your finding another hobby I can see you as a solid rental prospect in the relatively near future!1D3CA2AB-8170-4D64-91ED-8B40C184CF9C.jpeg

I’d suggest you rent some llamas. Just find a business that rents them in the area you will be going. Very easy to care for in the backcountry
