Looking for a Gunsmith in Billings

Can anyone recommend a good gunsmith in Billings? There are several in the phone book, but I have no idea if they are reputable or of the quality of their work. Thanks

Randy is very good. Most are word of mouth. Randy does not have a storefront he works out of his home. Gunsmiths are at a premium. They never get paid what they are worth. They have to have a lot of skills and unless they specialize in a product or service they cannot make enough to be a general gunsmith. The one on Grand if have used and am not happy with their work. I have had a shotgun to them twice and it still does not work. The last semi auto they worked on still does not work properly. You may have to search somewhere else to find a good one.

I agree. Randy does a good job. He built my rifle, and I still take any other work to him..even living in Bozeman. He is also as reasonably priced as any gunsmith I have seen.
