Looking for a good gunsmith

I'm wanting to build my " perfect" elk rifle. Starting with a Winchester 1885 Highwall and have it rebarreled to .338-06. Looking for a smith that can take an octagon barrel and turn it down to round about 2" out from the forearm.
If you know of a good gunsmith, please send me his name and number.
