Is a long eye relief spotter for eye glass wearers ?

It is, but non-eye glass wearers can use them just the same.
I wear eyeglasses and have a hard time finding binoculars and spotting scopes with enough relief. I've found that 18mm is the shortest eye relief I can go.
This leupold seems to be the best for eye relief, at 30mm. It's not cheap though.

I am looking at a used Leupold on ebay and it has long eye relief of only 16.5-13.and was wondering if i can use it without any problems.Yes i do not want to go that high.
