i just wish i could fly. on the road to my hunting spot is 23 miles with the gps its 8.5 miles.
i drive farther than that to call coyotes.
deer and elk hunting i can go for a whole 3 day weekend on 1/2 of a tank of gas.
went elk hunting today and burned a needles worth.
the deer population is hurting this year so i'm going to go to sundance that 191 miles. i feel the deer that are there will be needed to rebuild the herd and the g&f still has it a general licence area.
with all of bowseason and the first weekend of rifle i have seen 5 bucks and maybe 30 does. i use to see 10 to 15 shooter bucks a day.
