Will it be 68ºF when you are out elk hunting?
Here's a trick I use when I'm testing fall loads in the summer. I put them in the freezer for an hour or so and carry them out to the range in a cooler. I don't load up the whole magazine on my rifle but single load them right from the ice chest. Then you can see how much temp will effect your group. Seriously though, no one needs to be as OCD with loads as I am. Those loads will work great.
