Lever Monday...post em up

[T.R.]

Ruger 96 in 44 MAG is a tack driver! It has a rotary magazine. TR

[Tarditim]

Whitney Kennedy is what I mentioned, they were the same size frame

In terms of mechanical pictures, here a few from Maxwells Book on Lever actions. There are many more in his book…

Does that book by chance show the inner workings of the 1878 burgess?

Its also pretty scarce and spendy when you find one.

Got the 45-70 out for a hog hunt... About a 25 yard shot with the 350 grain RN Hornady. Instant drop! A great way of shopping for pork.

[MTLabrador]

Winchester 1892 short rifle in .44 Rem Mag. Surprisingly accurate with irons at 100 yards and feeds 240 hard casts like butter. It’s going to see some whitetail and bear action.

Found this stray the other day…. Looked pretty lonely so decided to take it home. Should be fun!

[Wolfshead]

Getting close to that time of year again!
Can’t wait to be carrying this rifle in the woods again!
I realize it’s not Monday, but we need more Lever pics!
