Leupold financial issues?

I called Leupold last Friday looking to see if I could get turrets installed on an older scope and found that the Custom shop was closed as well, he could not tell me when it would reopen he also didn't state why it was closed, he helped me with my questions but if I wanted to get custom shop work done he had no time frame for it. Hope all is well with Leupold.
