leftover license question

i was planning on taking my son and dad on their first antelope hunt but we struck out due to the annual point creep it looks like. now I'm looking at the leftovers, primarily unit 23, 24, 25. does anyone know of any decent ranches to try and get on? I'm going to try and get a landowner list. i don't want to take them out on a ranch that's been totally shot out. of course cheaper would be better also.
