Another storm building off Cortez Bank heading to HI.
A cell down the coast of Mexico building and expected to buzz up the coast to Baja as a hurricane.
Round 2 starts next week.

Dennis said road to end of road neighbor is impassible, for EMS. Need to get it fixed.
Hunt camp down the valley dark this morning, so maybe a dozer appears at sunrise.
Between hunts. He said he would be here.....................LOL.
Do I get a years work done in a week or do I plod long til spring?

Weather channel just reported a hiker in UT hit by lightning.

In 2 days of rain we got .69 of rain. It went in the ground not much run off so far we've found. That will help the area and critters to get this kind of rain.

About to get Western. NM,AZ,CO, UT.
8 of 10 on the monsoon scale. 3-5 inches through Thurs. Flood watches up. Most of NM.

Hurricane Polo ( a cyclone) just went to Cat 5,overnight from 3. Pushing the moisture from the previous ones north east out of Mexico.
3-5 inches through Thurs. SW-NE direction.
NM, AZ, UT, CO.
Flood watches up to Fri. Ruidoso hammered again.

The previous one is now heading back to meet off Baja...maybe. LOL,next week and beyond.

Beautiful clear 46 @0400. Got a little fire going.
Cleaned the stove and stacked wood. Got footings done...front.
Cloudy now, 50. 67% humidity.
2 days of 70 and clear was good.
Just gotta cuppa and it's raining just south now.
Here we go....

Oh, local news just had reminder...up to 12 inches total possible thru Thurs., Central NM.
3-5 is serious stuff here.

Man I sure wish I could get some rain. The pastures I have cows on haven't seen rain since early June and I have been feeding hay since mid August. Way to early for that.
