Finn and I got out last week for a 4 day combo hunt -- anterless deer (draw) and pheasants. Weather ranged from very nice the first day to blowing snow to fog for the next three. Fields and side roads had heavy drifting with drifts well above the knees which limited access. We had a very good trip finding pheasants each day with two of the days being major walks and one being very lucky to hit a release site mid morning after what looked like an early morning release.
