Hello everyone!

Im coming down to the last of my ground venison from last season and am looking for some new recipes. Post below your favorite things to do with the ground venison!

Chili, tacos, or burgers are good anytime for me..

S.O.S. with mash taters and lots of onions.

Brown the meat. Mix philly cream cheese with it. Place in middle of flat egg roll. (Get the flat sheets at the grocery). Wrap it up. Fry for a couple of minutes.
Amazing.
We do the same with pulled pork.

Hamburger, gravy over mashed potatoes or egg noodles with onion n mushrooms.

Hamburger hot dish- 1lb burger, 2-2.5 cups macaroni, tomato sauce, petite diced tomatoes, can of corn, chopped onion, salt, chili pepper, couple teaspoons sugar. Essentially throw it all together and season to taste aka salty, spicy, hot. Been a favorite forever and the best part is the kids like it too
