Just wanted to acknowledge some great customer service at Kifaru. Had a couple questions about whether or not an accessory they offer would work for my pack.

Guess they are slammed today! The prompt told me everyone was busy and to leave a message and I would receive a call back .... so I did.

In the meantime I discovered that they had a digital assistant option, so I took advantage of that and whoever (forgot his name) was able to get me squared away with my questions. I have to admit that before today I've never had any luck with the digital assistants. But it went great and it was clear it was a real I was dealing with.

Some hours later I did get a callback from a live person. I recognized that it was someone I had spoken to a couple weeks ago. Again very helpful.

Just wanted to recognize some great customer service on their end!
