Looks like ALL non-residents drew whitetail tags. WTF????

When Kansas got rid of landowner tags, they cranked up the non-resident whitetail tags to a level where very non-resident who wants one, will draw. If you don't draw Kansas, you have some bad luck.

Yup. That is why I didn't buy a point this year. Now, if they get pressure from resident hunters to scale back on the number of NR tags, I might regret not having built points. But, I decided to save a few bucks and see how it unfolds in the next couple years.
