Kansas Points

Hey yall, I am not being allowed to purchase a point only in Kansas. The system rejects my request and says I have no prerequisites to be able to purchase. So I have searched their new system and the original website with no prevail. I am not sure what I need to purchase in order to purchase a point only. I have reached out to the agency but no response yet.

Are you a resident or NR? Is it a deer point?

If you're a NR I believe you would have to apply for deer point before the April deadline
