The eastern slope finally gets a little moisture; not enough to replenish the Ogallala Aquifer, but it's been a while since they closed I-70 all the way to the Kansas border. Any of you other Coloradans get hit?

Just a little rain here in Dodge. Had 0.65" at the Byrd Ranch. Still way behind in moisture, but happy for what we got.

Ogallala aquifer recharge is about a half inch a year according the the Ground Water Management District. Takes more than fuzzy math to come up with a good result.:(

not much here in Colorado Springs either...the great snow was pretty lacking was hoping to get some sledding done with the kids...not so much

Castle Rock got between 12-18 inches and I've got some 3+ ft drifts. Gonna be a few weeks before I can get on my motorcycle....

My inlaws live out near Elbert, they got 2ft plus.

Hopefully we can get back into a wet cycle soon, cause the bird hunting has gone down the crapper over the past 10 years.

This was my worst year ever :(

When I lived in CO and a system like this came along it would start snowing first on Monument Hill down near the El Paso county line. A guy I knew would wait for it to start snowing at Monument, take off work and drive his jeep down to the county line road and sit & watch for the idiots to spin out, jump on I-25 and pull them out of the ditch for $25.00 a pop. He supplemented his income quite well some winters.
