Jerky racks for pellet grill

I am hoping to find some decent options to help prevent me from rotating meat throughout the grill grates as my Pit Boss Sportsman has very uneven heating across the grill. I’m thinking about a stack of stainless racks so all the jerky can be in one spot for even temperatures. What do you all use?

Exactly what you said is what I use for a lot of jerky applications. Make sure to find ones without plastic or rubber of course

Will include a silicone mat sometimes but I lost those so I don't bother anymore.

This is what i use. I use it for a host of other things too on the pellet grill. Wings, jalapeno poppers ect.

Cabela’s has a three-rack system that stacks and has a bottom tray. I can’t say I look to Cabela’s for much anymore but it seems that’s the way I’m leaning. Reasonable priced too!

Ya that one looks good. I got just normal cookie type rack but that one from cabelas looks handy

I really like it. The bottom tray is nice if you want to move the entire stack at once.
