Headed to see the family in Iowa for Thanksgiving and to do some pheasant hunting. Day 1 we had three limits in a little over four hours and then on Day 2 we brought the kids out for a couple hours and ended up with 4 birds. Always fun to watch the dog work and get some exercise before indulging for the holiday. The picture of the spur is off a young of the year, still didn’t have his full mature plumage, but had some crazy swords on him.
