Nothing but cattle bellering and some turkeys working away from me so far. Upper 30s and the calm breeze has started picking up and getting stronger. The sun is TRYING to shine through the clouds. We'll see how long that will last. Hope the bucks will move today before the rain starts so I can wrap up my season. Sounds like my job is working this weekend and I can really use the overtime after the Covid crap this year.

What a weird morning. Sun peeking at first, then cloudy, rain for a bit and then an opening in the clouds and sun popped out for a minute before rain most of the day. Deer number two. Feel a lot better about meat for the freezer. This one was just what I was looking for, young and tender.
