idaho whitetail info?

I'm wondering which is better for whitetails, the panhandle or the clearwater. I have hunted the panhandle 4 times since 2002 and done ok. 3 bucks 125" 134" and 146". The last time it was slim pickings (2008). I'm thinking about a late november trip but was thinking about the clearwater due to lower wolf numbers. I like to find gated roads and hunt on foot and get away from people and 4-wheelers and would like a decent opportunity for a 140+. Any info to help decide which area would be great.

Pretty high wolf population around the Clearwater too. Still a fair number of deer but the areas I've hunted are hurting for moose and elk.

A few less wolves there than there was last summer.

I just start hunting the Riggins area. No luck on a big white tail but looks good. Right now I'm just kill wolves in that area.
