Idaho Unit 96 Draw Tag Success

Congrats! I have heard that is a very hard tag to draw so, if you can find some former tag holders, I am sure they would be willing to share honey holes.
 
For early early season in Unit 96, stick mostly to that 5,670–5,860 ft band or slightly higher. Bulls are often still up in cooler mid to higher country with good feed and security before pressure or weather pushes them lower.

Going too low early risks fewer mature bulls they're often separated from cows and more heat competition. Glass edges, north slopes, and transitions in that elevation adjust down only if you see them moving or it gets hot. Scout hard pattern changes fast.
