I'm gonna try and get down that way to hunt turkeys this spring. In the past it has been controlled hunt only so it sounds like there are enough birds for a spring general season hunt. Can't wait!

I'll at least give the Turkey hunting a try because I have a turkey tag from the sportsman pack and have always wanted to kill a turkey. There are certainly a lot of turkeys in the Preston area but most of them are on private land. I'm sure that the public lands that hold turkeys are going to be a real zoo and there are going to be some upset land owners over trespassing :BLEEP: .
