Idaho OTC Deer tag- issues with buying online

Hello all,

I'm online trying to buy an OTC deer tag for Idaho and it is telling me that the license needs to be ordered in conjunction with one of the following. I'm not seeing where I cna buy these. Any direction you cna provide? Sorry, I would normally contact G&F, but I am traveling this week, so my daytime hours are pretty much shot with business stuff.

You can only purchase item 411 in combination with the following items: 220, 221, 250, 251, 217, 201, 218, 202, 230, 241, 242, 247, 248

Do you have a current ID hunting license? IIRC you have to have that before you can buy the deer tag.
