Idaho Junior/Youth Mentored Tags??

Has anyone heard of the Idaho junior mentored tags?? My dad and I got our applications in the mail today and it had a section of "New For 2003" on there and it showed junior and youth mentored tags. What are they?? Are they just tags and the license for dirt cheap?? Any help is appreciated, thanks!!

I haven't heard about it but I did find this on the Fish and Game web site. It sounds like you may get a license at a reduced price. I don't believe that would include a tag.

Youth Licenses
There are some low-cost hunting licenses available for young hunters this year. For $6.50, a hunter age 12-17 can buy a Junior Mentored license or a youngster age 10-11 can get a Youth Small Game license (not valid for big game). With either of these licenses, the youth must be accompanied in the field by an adult who has a valid Idaho hunting license. See the license application form for more information.
