Idaho Fires=Heads up Hunters

I was really hoping the fire crews would be able to keep the Ross Fork Fire from jumping 75. Looks like it’s hopped in a couple places. Fingers crossed they can get those out as they happen and keep that as the eastern perimeter. 🤞🤞🤞

Double Creek has kind of stalled with the weather, but it is at 155k acres. One strong front could jump a river or two and make it double quite easily.

Air quality index was 240 in Grangeville Sunday afternoon.

Well, I mean OR keeps sending it to us, so we gotta pass it on as well.

Are ya'll catching a bunch from that Mill Lake fire?
Yes. Mill and Blodgett have both grown. Had needle ash falling from the sky yesterday. Bitterroot is like a smoke reservoir. Catches and keeps all the smoke coming from the west.
