I shot this guy back in Dec. and during turkey scouting I walked the area again though the thickets. His bleach out bones shinned through the dark vegetation. This nice 8 dies about 150 yards from where I tagged him but because of the 3 year old fresh growth from being bush hog I lost the blood trail and search with nothing to lead me. I glad I found him but its a bitter sweet find.

Yes it dose suck, I work my butt off looking for deer but once is a while there just not to be found. I hope that one of my son's Lab pup's will turn into a good tracking dog.
