First, the Wyo Outfitters and Guides Assoc has nothing to do with regulations and neither does the Outfitter Board. People need to stop reading into news articles. That rarely tell the real story.

Here is another question: I wonder if the outfitter working off the private onto this landlocked public has the approval to do so in their license? Is that required?
