I will try to log the fanciest word I read on any given day on HT, with etymology and definition.

Example:
I use this one this week and I'm pretty proud of it.
Coprolalia - greek, copro (shit) lalia (speech)
literally "shit talk"
It is wrongly assumed that all Tourette's Syndrome sufferers have obscene outbursts. This not true. It is a sub-set only that suffer from coprolalia.
