Hunting season is almost here

Okay, I sorta lied, but I was out hiking around and the number of turkey tracks and gobblers that I saw was astounding. It won't be that long before these guys are back in play.

Hopefully this nasty cold snap dont kill some off, its brutal here! Cant wait for first gobble...

We are getting enough snow that the turkeys and pheasants spend a lot of time on the plowed gravel roads and around feed lots where the eating is good!
