1st week back after vacation, got 4 outta 5 days in this week , we ended with a doozy , 2 person workout. My buddy Corey came to the noon class today, he was one one my teammates from the CrossFit competition we did early this year . He’s in better shape than me and can always pull some extra seconds out of me. We did 155lb on the deadlift , the ring dips was the only thing we scaled , we did dips off our tip toes …. Finished that beast in 18:47

took a couple noobs from work on a mt bike ride Wed. They couldn't hang and had to drop off midway. But I was shooting for substantially faster than 6 hrs, more like 3.5, before dark.

I bought a TREK in 2022 and haven't had a prostate since.
What's the point in being bike fit if you need to get a balloon surgery afterward?
