how to do a coues hunt in mexico

i am wondering how a guy goes about doing a hunt in Mexico for Coues deer. I am assuming it is only done with a guide service. any idea what that general cost looks like? I would prefer a DIY type hunt but I don't know anything about getting into Mexico to hunt or even get a permit.

Reach out to Jay Scott or Phil Cramer, they have DIY or guided ranches down there. Last I checked, it was 4,000ish for one of their DIY ranches.
