How many Washington waterfowlers here?

I live for waterfowl and love hunting sea-duks.
If anyone wants to hook up for some waterfowlin', let me know

krusty, lets go. I have everything for sea-dukkin' except boat, do you have one?
You also must get a sea-duk permit

All I have is a little puddle boat, works good for walk in hunting though.

My brother's got a good boat (14' Sea King), sitting in my driveway, problem is that's usually where it stays.

What's it take, to get one of them sea-duck permits?
Can you just pull up anywhere out there, say off Alki Point, and hunt em?

I am gonna hit Grant County for the opener (Potholes, Quincy, Gloyd Seeps) for puddle ducks.
