House Concurrent Res 27

I freely acknowledge that I am not well versed on the inner working of congress, and what effect Concurrent Resolutions have on proposed Legislation. That being said, it is reassuring to know we have Legislators who believe in public lands. So do these things work as a warning shot across the bows of the committees they're targeted at? Any education you guys can provide would be appreciated.

I'm not sure what effect they have, however, this will leave no doubt as to who is with us and who is against us regarding public land transfer (if it's ever allowed for a vote).
