Sorry I didnt take the time to get pics of this one tonight...I was too tired and way to hungry. Wish I would have cuz this one looks as good as it taste. Here's what to do:
Boneless skinless duck breast (I used Mallards)
one Onion
2T Dijon mustard
3T Honey
3T Brown sugar
Olive oil
In a heavy saute pan, sear breasts on both sides in olive oil over med high heat. Remove. Saute onions until golden. Reduce heat to medium and add the honey, mustard and brown sugar. Stir until thickened up a couple minutes. Place the duck back into the pan and spoon the sauce over the breasts and cook till your desired level. I like medium rare, which will take about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
