What is the best way to hunt henned up turkeys?

Go find one without a hen, or try to call very aggresive

And BE PATIENT. Around here the toms tend to look for more action mid to late morning. They are most active at daybreak but they must get bored with the brood about 10ish and will stray from them if your inviting enough.

You could also try pissing the hens off and getting them to come to you. The gobbler will usually follow the hens he is courting.

You will have to be xtra careful doing that because there will be more eyes looking for movement.

If you have a later season (some states) tuff it out until late morning when the hens go back to sit on eggs. The toms will fire up then.

Like nut said piss off the hens. I start to imatate the hens every time they make a noise i make the same one but a little louder. If she yelps i yelp louder. if she clucks i cluck louder . Kee Kee runs realy piss off boss hens too.

ive heard that if u wait till mid day like from 11 to 3 the toms will be all by them lonesome. and they will be more succeptable to calling.
