Help identifying poo

I keep finding poo like this outside my garage doors and cannot identify it. The pic attached is 3/8” to 1/2” thick and over 1” long. Some of them are over 2” but there is only ever 1 turd. Inside it is small bugs exoskeletons and seeds.

Too large for a Rat or squirrel. Could be a small snake but the bugs inside make me think not it either.

Just be glad it's not a Bufo Toad , I find them in the garage all the time . The white stuff is poison oozing out of it's pores , it can kill small dogs . This guy met a violent end .
