I'm looking into doing a jet boat tour in Hells Canyon with my parents and my two daughters (10 & 12.) Wondering if anyone here has personal experience and can recommend which outfitter to go with? I was looking at Kilgore Adventures out of White Bird, and then there are quite a few options out of Clarkston/Lewiston. If there's no huge advantage to going further south we'd probably prefer one of the Clarkston or Lewiston options, just because it's less driving to get there. We'll probably just want the half day tour, as my parents are in their 70's and probably don't want the all day ride, and my kids might not have the patience for that long of a trip either. So what would be the best option for a half day ride? Hope to see great scenery, wildlife, and learn some history. Would love to hear all opinions!
