A fellow was doing this here, someone posted about it here too, www.live-shot.com, you've probably read about it some, its been in national news. When the NRA had the national convention here a few months ago I read a story where they thought it might be ok for a seriously handicapped person. There was a fellow who tried getting a blackbuck antelope with the system that was severly handicapped and he used to hunt before his handicap. He passed on a fallow deer buck and did get a mouflon ram friday before the ban took effect. Its illegal now, except for shooting at targets, as of 6/18/05 the TX gov. signed the bill passed by at least 2/3 of house and senate, so its in effect immediately.
A fellow from England was internet target shooting just now when I was informed about the mouflon.
