Had a backyard visitor just now

Have discovered tracks & caches but never a sighting or trailcam pic.
I've seen quite a few here in Montana. 4 at one time once. Surprised 2 on a deer kill close up once. Pretty intense. My SIL shot a video of seven in a group. I'll see if I can upload it. I think I shared how I let one walk when I had a tag to kill it. My wife says my predator interactions mean I'll be the first guy to encounter a grizzly here in the Root. mtmuley

No videos or photos to post, but I've only seen a few bobcats. Once while coming home at dusk, from running my bird dogs, there was a bobcat mousing on the top of a hay stack.

I have seen two mountain lions fairly close up, and got to see a wolverine once.

One time, I saw a porcupine running along the side the gravel road. I had no idea they ever got in a hurry.

I’m not a techie either but I think the video has to be on a site , like FB or photo bucket , and you share the link ?
I only have it in a text. My SIL is really tech savvy. I'll ask him when he gets back in service. Ironically he is bear hunting in the same area as the video was shot. mtmuley

Coolest thing I’ve ever seen while hunting was a female with 2 grown kittens playing and wrestling in an open park while I was hunting elk. They’re amazing animals. One day I’ll take a nice tom.

I would see them on the roads and slap them with a towel for two reasons .
One to impress the girls and two to get their quills , they stick in the cloth .
But one time , showing off, I threw my hat at one thinking I could just go knock it off .
Nope , took off at a dead run and climbed large pine tree , my hat attached.
The girls were not impressed.

Have a local momma come by the house on a regular basis feeding on bunnies. Takes them back up the mesa past the neighbors to the kids.
Neither Dotti nor Rio ever got close after a sighting, they are fast and just vanish in open grass.

The big cats keep Dotti on the porch. She's smart.
